Terri Kiffer

Terri is a Certified Senior Real Estate Specialist and has been in the real estate industry since 1985 with most of her tenure as an escrow/title agent. This experience gives her a terrific advantage in helping people buy and sell property. Terri’s work includes transactions that consist of land acquisitions of all types, single family homes, commercial property, and even farms. She is creative, innovative and has a good technical ability to work through the most challenging situations. As a Senior Real Estate Specialist, Terri has additional training in working with and helping in the sensitivities of seniors needs as they transition to a new lifestyle. She has a passion for helping sellers sell and buyers buy without it being rocket science. She pays attention to detail and with her professionalism, background, enthusiasm, persistence, knowledge, follow-up and technical experience from beginning to end, she gets the job done, with efficiency.
